Does Mivvo read all of my child's messages?
No. Mivvo scans incoming message notifications with AI and only shows you fragments that carry risk. Everyday conversations are neither stored nor shared with you.
Will my child know Mivvo is installed?
Yes. Mivvo is not spyware; the child app is visible and shows a notification while it's active. We recommend setting it up together with your child.
Which apps does it work with?
WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Telegram and SMS. Most other messaging apps that show notifications are supported too.
Does it work on iPhone?
The child app currently supports Android phones. Parents can follow alerts on any device via the web dashboard, or with Mivvo Parent on Android.
Where is my data and how is it protected?
Data travels over encrypted connections and only risky fragments are stored. For analysis, fragments are sent to our AI provider with your explicit consent. You can request deletion of all your data at any time.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You are never charged automatically. If you want to stay protected, you start the 399 TRY monthly plan.
What about false alarms?
You can mark any alert as "Dismissed" or "Resolved" in the dashboard. The AI is tuned to tell slang and jokes apart from real risk.
What age is it for?
Mivvo is designed for children under 18, and especially recommended for 8–15 year olds getting their first smartphone.
